We rejected the idea of a bad diet. We realized that there is a minimum of calories we need to take daily for our body not to slow down metabolism (about 1200 cal). What else should we know?

1. It takes a few days, more precisely, from 48-96h for  our body to react to the reduced caloric intake. There is a trick to deceive it. Every second, third, or fourth day in your diet you can eat whatever you want.
