DISCOVERING YOUR VISION-EXIT FROM COMFORT ZONE PART II

I am convinced that the power of discovered vision is numerous times stronger than the power of one or few wishes. All wishes that you have ever had should be a piece of your vision mosaic. How to find a vision?

Start and work on your imagination in a field of real things. Brian Tracy’s book “Goals” has a number of useful questions and one good method called „101 goals“!How does it work? In your notebook, write not less than 101 goals that you want to achieve during your stay on planet Earth. Forget about any restrictions, think freely. Perhaps the first thirty entries will not go hard, but then your mind will have to do its best. Write small things and great things, as trip around the world, winning the Himalayas and so on. Do not delay this task, later you can add some extra goals and read the list as often as possible. You can put some pictures in the notebook that represent each of the goals.

Other useful method suggested by Jack Canfield.

Life has more areas:

love and marriage / family and friends / home / careers / money and finance / achievements / health and physical condition / recreation and leisure / personal and spiritual development / contribution to the local community

Each of the above areas should be detailed in your notebook to describe what you want and how you see yourself in the future, for example 5, 10 years or more. When you specify what you want, write why you want it. It is very important to get rid of strange pressures and the desires that others have for you, and honestly answer yourself. Your wishes must not be in conflict. All fields should visually be presented with pictures (from magazines, newspapers) in your notebook or on one of those message boards, or you can download dream board for your computer on Oprah site (registration is required).

When you finish with these two tasks, be aware that you have done a lot. Clear idea of what you want from your life is half-realized dream. Clear picture and thinking about your goals is a clear message to the Universe and The Law of attraction. Second, your subconscious now works for you. Even if you do not know your final vision, with new information subconscious will start the process for finding a solutions.

WHY ARE WE AGING?

Have you heard of the process GLYCATION? I first met with this term in the book “Ageless face, ageless mind” by Dr. Nicholas Perricone, for those who don’t know, world famous dermatologist and scientific researcher.

The aging process is the result of proteins’s degradation in our body, and the body is composed from proteins. They mostly fail because of harmful effects of sugar and aldehydes that get into our body. Sugars and aldehydes enter our body:

-with over-processed foods rich with trans fats and sugar – carbohydrate with high glycemic index (GI) like bread, pasta, chips, sweets …

-good food that is fried, roasted, prepared on a grill that is exposed to high temperatures – potatoes, meat, coffee, almonds …

-using alcohol, cigarettes

-polluted air…

What actually happens during GLYCATION? Dr. Perrikone compares the process with making  ladder. Two long sticks act as albumin, if they are not merged with short sections, proteins can move freely and unhindered in our body, and can perform their key roles- composed of amino acids they form the majority of body tissues and are essential for structure and function of body cells, tissues and organs. Glycation happens when molecule of sugar (glucose) binds to molecule of albumin, such as bars on the ladder. That makes the proteins less flexible and unable to perform the most important functions.

And that is the main cause of aging. However, as science says, this process can significantly slow down.

FIND YOUR VISION-EXIT FROM COMFORT ZONE part I

We often hear the sentence “he doesn’t know what he  wants” . Usually, for the person who has doubts and is not ready to make a decision. However, I believe that people know what they want. They want a new computer or new mobile phone, they want to go to a concert, to have children, to get married in the church, to  go on vacation, more money and so on. Even the man that people call loser, knows what he wants. Ask people from your surroundings what they want, I’m sure you’ll get some answers.

The assumption is that if we know what we want, we know our goals, if we know the goals, why are we not  taking action , why everything goes so clumsy and difficult, why  are we so lazy, why are we staying  in the comfort zone? The answer is simple-because we are dressed that way! We learned that it is the most desirable to be “good” – not rebound much from the mass, not to ask many questions and develop our  curiosity, even though we had big dreams when we were young, it is quite mature and normal  to give up that dream in the meantime.  As a reward for good behavior, we get most diverse possible bid of cheap forms of entertainment and most diverse range of products for possible purchase. If you want such a life, don’t read on.

There is a very simple way to wake up all your resources and energy and go into action without any resistance, be productive and get everything you want and more than that. The only thing you have to do is to dive deep and find the vision of your future. IF THERE ARE NO LIMITATIONS IN THIS WORLD AND IF THERE IS NO  CHANCE NOT TO SUCCEED, WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Leave aside the small wishes, leave the comfortable awards for now.  Begin to look for the answer to the question-WHAT IS THAT I WOULD LIKE TO BE REMEMBERED WHEN I GO FROM THIS WORLD? This is the most important question that needs to be answered. There are just few lucky ones who always knew the answer. Some will need more time, perhaps years, but if the question is not asked, there are small chance you’ll find the answer. Start moving your mind to seek your vision! Only the vision can create a burning desire.

The days when you find the answer, it will be like “eureka”. It is impossible not to recognize that moment. Incredible and fantastic vibrations will separate you from the ground. Infinite source of energy will work for you and your worry will never stop you again, you will be excited about resolving problems, many ideas will be born, there will be no resistance to the action, BECAUSE YOU WILL BE THE ACTION!

HOW TO HANDLE NEGATIVE THOUGHTS?

We know that thoughts affect feelings, but also feelings that become our everyday life continue to affect the mind. The question is- are we swimming downstream in accordance with the flow of energy or upstream against the flow. If you do not like the results of your efforts, start with your thoughts, direct them in the opposite direction.

How? The first step is to IGNORE negative ones, the second step is REDIRECT THEM WITH POSITIVE THOUGHTS. People usually believe that they have to fight with their negative thoughts, and that is exactly what feeds them- YOUR ATTENTION! If you pay attention and concentration to negative thoughts your emotional state will be worse. What happens when you start to worry about something? Negative thought adds more negative thoughts, and your emotions are becoming worse and worse, this way you can go crazy. If you can register your first negative thought (you will, if you activated an observer, if you didn’t, turn it on, turn it on with a mental button whenever you need!), It is necessary not to pay attention to it so it does not develop further. Ignoring is an excellent method when giving up any vices. When you get an idea to light a cigarette or to have a junk food, we usually give attention to idea. The head is developing  images how that cigarette or sweets will be joyful, then we have another idea that without them we won’t have pleasure, we start to feel the void. If we registrate the thought and say “ok” and continue paying attention to something else, we forget about it. Of course, the thought will come back (it’s just the way we get used to function), sometimes it will be more aggressive. But if every time it shows up you say STOP! and pay attention to another good thought one day you will get rid of this attacks, maybe not  forever, at least they will be rare and not that strong.

You can redirect your attention to a current action that is seeking concentration, but you can also create your own positive image that you will simply redirect your attention to, as soon as the temptation arises. Positive images can be any flow of thoughts and images that you currently link to your “favorite place” and don’t have contact with your negative thoughts.

For those who are chronically in a state of worries, the situation can be more complicated, almost like quitting heavy narcotics. You need to have desire to step out of the vicious circle. Meditation and relaxation can soothe the mind as breathing techniques, too. Autosuggestion in the long run may significantly affect the content of our subconscious.

The down photo shows the scale of emotions from the worst ones to the most positive. We can’t skip steps. Don’t give up if you do not have the results immediately, because you won’t. Be persistent and patient. Persistence is the key to success. We need years to change our minds, it’s a huge process.

11 HIGH TOP ADVICES FOR SUCCESSFUL BODY TRANSFORMATION

We rejected the idea of a bad diet. We realized that there is a minimum of calories we need to take daily for our body not to slow down metabolism (about 1200 cal). What else should we know?

1. It takes a few days, more precisely, from 48-96h for  our body to react to the reduced caloric intake. There is a trick to deceive it. Every second, third, or fourth day in your diet you can eat whatever you want. This will trick your body that it isn’t  in a state of starvation and actually speed up your metabolism, and on a weekly basis you will have a calorie deficit. So your metabolism will be accelerated, and the fat will melt faster. Ensure to eat that meal during the day, the best around noon. 2.Do not eat carbohydrates after 15h, if you want to lose fat. Secondly, it is the best to get your carbohydrates (fruits, too) an hour before and after training.

3.A large number of people have untolerance to milk, wheat and baker’s yeast (which has the buying bread). Try to throw them out of your meals for some time and see the result.

4.Eat daily 2,3 apples. They are rich in pectin which does not allow quick release of sugar, and fiber that cleans you. In one study people who ate 3 apples a day and have not changed their diet, turned out they still lost weight.

5. Eat plenty of protein daily, preferably with each meal: 1 gram per kilogram up to 1.8 g  if you want to gain more muscle mass. For example 100g of chicken meat has about  20 g protein.

6. WATER, WATER, WATER! Everyone knows that, but we rarely drink it enough. The minimum is 25 ml per kilogram of weight, 40 ml maximum. The ideal is to drink water before any meal and in the morning as soon as you get up. Put some lemon into it, if you want. The body easier relieves toxins in this way.

7. Do not fry anything in oil, don’t overheat and overcook your food. Steam your vegetables, prepare meat in the oven or on the water. Simplify! Your children should also eat little processed food, don’t let they be your excuse.

8. Eat good fats with each meal during the day -almonds, walnuts, flax seed, sesame seeds as well as olive oil, flax oil …

9. All of these tricks will not help unless you specify precisely what your goals are and what you want.

10. To adopt good habits, especially if it is to replace the bad ones, use autosuggestion, visualization, and some form of meditation that will help you  to relieve stress and calm the mind.

WHAT ARE EMOTIONS?

Man through his body, senses receives informations from the outside world so the body could react. Hypothalamus produces a number of different substances called peptides, and they go through the the bloodstream and reach our cells. Each cell has a large number of receptors that receive this material and in accordance with the type of substance, cells react in a certain way. The same principle applies when heroin enters the organism. If the cell is bombed with the same substance over and over again, it is shrinking. When cell decides one day to be divided, it will be modified and practically degenerated . That’s how old age comes- disturbances in the production of proteins.

This nicely explains why somebody becomes addicted to emotions (such as characters in the Spanish series), it’s exactly the same way as someone becomes addicted to heroin, regardless of whether it is a question of “good” or “bad” emotions. That’s how someone becomes addicted to sex, love, anger and rage and so on. Chemical aggression of certain substances in the cells practically causes our body aging. It is no accident to say for someone who lives in drama and produces many drama in his life that looks old (physicly). Stress is a killer number one. Emotions make our lives rich, thanks to them we have our memories, our experiences are stored, we are learning thanks to emotions.

Emotions literally leave the mark in the brain – neurons are interconnected; in the case of repetition of the same emotions the connections are becoming stronger and stronger, they become hard to break. This is the answer to the question why people repeat the same scenario again and again and why they are spinning in a circle, with no way out. When man masters himself as an individual, has control over his emotions, he will open the way for happiness and success, living in joy, achieving whatever he desires. When we are dependent on emotion it’s the same as addiction to heroin, just second is more obvious. Emotions are good thing, except when they start to ruin our lives. For this “hello effect” (that’s how this process is called in psychology) way out comes only with the help of conscious effort and self-evaluation. Remember-we can not escape from prison, if we do not know that we are in it.

BASIC STEPS FOR SUCCESSFUL BODY TRANSFORMATION- HOW TO START?

So far, we realized how we want to look, we have decided skip stupid diets, we found out what is a good fitness plan and what now? Of course – ACTION! Here are the basic steps which will lead you to achieve certain results, they will facilitate the whole process long, though at first glance it will seems like it’s complicated.

NUTRITION:

1.FOOD DIARY:  be aware of every bite you had. Yes, write every day what you eat and how much you eat!  Use various calorie tables (from the internet or in the form of book) – they  should show the amount of carbohydrates, proteins and fats, too. There are sites where you can make your personal food diaries which will count instead of you, or find free software for diet assistance. Remember that every serious bikini and fitness model as well as professional athletes and instructors are using this tool. And every other in the text. With little experience at the end you will know how much is 100g of potatoes and how much calories that is.

2.FOOD SCALE: most people have no idea about the amount of food they eat, the restaurants are serving larger and larger portions, and even at home we don’t think. Measuring bowls and spoons are also useful things.

3.FOOD CONTAINERS: most of the time you are out of your home and you eat porn food? If you want real change, this is the most important thing to do. Instead of enjoying junk,  begin to enjoy the healthy snacks that you prepared the evening before. Take servings of fruits, almonds, take a complete meal with you in this food containers and enjoy your lunch, no matter where you are! Nothing is wrong with having a lunch in the park in a beautiful day, on the contrary.

FITNESS:

1.ACTIVITES YOU LIKE: find sports, recreation or fitness programs and exercises that fit you! Don’t force yourself  on something that you do not like, the whole process should be fun! There are so many options today-from walking, running, riding bike, rollerblades, group sports, martial arts, gym and various aerobic programs to great fitness dvds!

2.SUPPORT: we all need support, if you do not have in your closest environment, try to find people with similar goals and interests, even virtual friends can motivate you.

3.FITNESS GEAR: buy yourself new clothes for motivation, that will give you an extra incentive. For example, I like to be in black from head to toe, because I feel like a ninja! Do not forget that good quality shoes are the most important! My friend has made herself a shirt with the Superman emblem.

4.KNOW YOUR NUMBERS: you must know your numbers-how many calories you burn on a daily basis depending on your lifestyle, how much calories you burn during your training, how many calories you need to put on or lose 1-2lbs per week. Remember that 1lbs is equal to 3500 calories. Treat yourself with some fitness gadgets like pedometar, heart rate monitor.

I do not recommend weight scale to those who equate their appearance with the number on the scale. You’re not a number! You should always measure yourself at the same time and in the same manner and on a same scale, once a week. Understand that the weight of your body can not be static, that 2lbs up and down are normal and have  nothing to do with the percentage of fat in your body. Those with muscular bodies should not have to rely on BMI values. Frankly, the mirror and meter will be most honest with you.
